AYDEMİR GROUP

Aydemir Group is a construction company operating in Turkey and England. It started to show its activities in 2015 in Alanya district of Antalya province.

Its founder is Ümit Aydemir.

Ümit Aydemir, who has been dealing with trade abroad for years and operating in different business lines; With the experience of traveling and seeing many countries of the world and always discovering innovations, to implement the housing applications that he had seen in England, France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal before, to implement the housing application in order to contribute to the regional economy and promotion. He rolled up his sleeves in his name and in order to realize this goal, he started the construction of land and housing in the Kestel neighborhood of Alanya.

Ümit Aydemir’s entry into the construction sector Aydemir Yapı İnşaat Emlak Turizm San. and Tic. Ltd. Sti. with the laying of the foundations of the Aydemir Park Kestel site. Aydemir Park is a site in Kestel neighborhood and is also one of the rare buildings whose construction was completed using high quality materials. In the past 5 years with self-confidence, confidence and stability, 4 projects have been signed, and all of them have been delivered to their customers without any problems. In the last quarter of 2021, agreements for 2 new projects have been made, official plans and projects have been prepared, and urban transformation works are continuing. In addition, Aydemir Group’s construction with its own equity makes the company more reliable and provides stronger foundations.

It is planned that the construction will start in 2021 and be completed within 18 months and handed over to the owners.
